When ordering from us please include the Design Name and File Number of the Dakota Collectibles Stock Design.

You can request to change the color of the design. However, changing thread colors can cause problems and we limit changing thread colors to simple designs. Most of the stock designs are made for white background items. We are not responsible for how colored clothing items or thread color changes turn out. The cost of each design will vary due to the different number of stitches. Please figure $1.50 per 1000 stitches. Go to the next highest 1000 for odd numbers of stitches. Lettering added to the stock design will increase the stitch count and the sew out charge. Please ask for a quote if you have any questions. Minimum Charge to embroider a stock design without lettering is $10.00

Remember if you want to qualify for the $15.00 set-up price the design size
must be a Left Chest Size (2.5 inches by 2.5 inches).
The lettering must be chosen one of our already existing font styles.
Be sure to choose the correct size stock design for a small front left side logo.
The size of the design will be included on the information page when
you choose your design from the list on the Dakota Collectibles web site.
